🚚 Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping countries

We currently deliver within Austria and Germany.

On request, deliveries to other EU countries can also be made - please contact us at florian.stoebich12@icloud.com.

2. Dispatch costs

Austria: 4,90 € per order - From an order value of 60 € shipping is free.

Germany: 8,90 € per order

3. Delivery times

The delivery time is usually:

Austria: 5-7 working days

Germany: 5-7working days

Please note that there may be slight delays due to increased demand or public holidays.

4. Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is with Österreichischer Post AG or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available).

5. Pick up on site

A personal collection is possible by prior arrangement.

6. Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the customer the new shipping costs.

7. Transport damage

Please check the goods upon receipt for obvious transport damage.

If any damage is visible, please report it immediately to the delivery person and inform us immediately so that we can clarify the incident.
